Exhibition in collaboration with guest curator Aynouk Tan, journalist and performer, about the underground fashion scene of microblogging platform Tumblr, a playing ground for visual transgression, aesthetic experimentation and cultivated chaos for a young generation of amateur creators of international allure and relevance. The exhibition dealt with the rise of Tumblr’s hyper emotional play on vaporwave styles, the mainstream integration of early meme culture and individualism.
